In January 2019, I tipped the scales at 98kg. Despite teaching and occasionally training, my unhealthy habits held me back. I’d make excuses for skipping workouts or neglecting meal prep, unaware of the toll on my body.
Now, at 68kg for over a year, I’ve battled body dysmorphia with the help of supportive friends at the dojo. I share this to show that with determination and a strong support system, we can transform our lives. Remember, mental and physical well-being are interconected.
Change dosent happen overnight but we can improve and transform over time.
