Warrior-Fit is a four -week  ju-jitsu course is a dynamic martial arts-based exercise program that will give you martial arts skills whilst taking your fitness to a whole new level! This course has been designed by Sue who has a wealth of experience & knowledge and decades of coaching experience,

  • Stretching/Warm-up
  • Grappling drills
  • Groundwork techniques
  • Core: Plyometric and isometric routines to tone the midsection.
  • Cool Down: Relax, regroup, and get ready to do it all over again
