So 10×5 min rounds with a bigger and stronger training partner, yes its hard , but for me theres always a lesson to learn, and there in lies the growth,
It is easy to say am tired and i dont want to train , but honestly when i dont train i feel terrible , like something is missing ,
Training is life ,no matter what that training is.. it is part of who we are ,
balance physical training, mental well being and above all be accountable , only you can achieve those goals no one else knows you path .
