my First  weeks training  session  in the bag after covid, this consisted of boxing pads &  bag, work during the day and ju-jitsu, thai & HIIT over different evenings, I a little tired but generally OK,  i would like to say i have been sensible and didnt push too hard, but i suppose i wanted to see exactly were my limitations were , my chest is still tight and breathing is laboured it’s going to take some time to get back on track but small steps in the right direction especially for my mental health and well being
