This was a post shared this morning by Steve Rowe and the timing is uncanny, as when he posted it I was speaking to one of my zen teachers in tears about the very same thing,
loosening the grip on who we are can be very difficult,
I can only speak point of view but when we begin to loose grip of the ego that allows us to truly take responsibility for our actions and not judge others on there’s,
it has taught me to be compassionate and realise that everyone has there view, and that’s ok , learning not to take it personally is the hardest part, but this is how we grow .
Be kind , be compassionate and above all take it easy on yourself as we are our worst critics
