A consistent morning routine sets a positive tone for the day. So whether its meditation, mindfulness, physical exercise or ideally all three, find what energizes your mind and body. as this will help provide stability when life feels chaotic, helping to reduce depression and anxiety,
But most importantly create the space to give yourself some timeout and to be kind yourself.
