Mushin Warrior-Fit is a beginner friendly martial arts -based exercise program that will give you basic martial arts skills whilst taking your fitness to the next level!

This course has been designed by  Team Mushin coaches who have a wealth of  experience & knowledge and over thirty decades of coaching experience , this 45 minute full-body workout will have you sweating and burning those calories , all while learning core self-defence skills,

Mushin Warrior -Fit breaks down into the following areas:

  • Stretching/Warm-up: Get loose and get ready to train.
  • Hand work to build timing speed and focus
  • Footwork: Fight stance essentials and dynamic movement preparation.
  • Lower Body: Kicks, knees,
  • Core: Plyometric and isometric routines to tone the midsection.
  • Groundwork: Striking, shrimping, and submission drills for fight readiness
  • Cool Down: Relax, regroup, and get ready to do it all over again
