earlier this year my training partner Sean and I decided to set  four different  challenges to help us keep focused and driven with our training,   we both wanted to push ourselves physically and mentally so we came up with a few different ideas

our first challenge in August was to train for twenty sessions with the addition of Sauna suit, this challenge was about mindset and will power, we were sensible and kept hydrated throughout and although it was  difficult it was a great challenge.
